In advance of the speedway opening for fans, a work bee was held on Wednesday evening. Volunteers were out painting the bleachers, cutting grass, and sprucing up the grounds to prepare for the summer season.

The Father’s Day Hit to Pass event has been postponed due to restrictions of 50 spectators. Taylor Speedway officials say a date will be released later this summer for the biggest event of the year.
