UPDATE – Shaw has started to restore services in the region as of 7:50 pm.
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Some Shaw customers in Dawson Creek and Fort St. John are experiencing an internet, TV, and home phone service interruption.
Internet, business internet, Gateway, BlueCurve TV, and WiFi access points are affected by this outage.
As of 3:10 p.m., Shaw teams are looking into the problem and will provide updates as they are available.
“We are working to restore service as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause,” says a release.
Updates will be provided as they become available.
Just before 3 p.m. Tuesday, Shaw Internet and T.V. services stopped working in the B.C. Peace. At this time, Shaw says they are working to resolve the problem but haven’t said what the problem is.
