DAWSON CREEK, B.C – A search warrant on a Pouce Coupe commercial property and a home near Demmit resulted in Dawson Creek RCMP finding several suspected stolen items.
Police executed the warrants on Thursday, locating several items such as a stolen snowmobile, multiple firearms; one of which was determined to be stolen, illicit drugs, and a large amount of money believed to be proceeds of crime.
A man was arrested by RCMP and is facing multiple charges relating to stolen property, identify fraud, illicit drug offences, and firearms offences.
The detachment says this is one of several warrants conducted over the last year to target property crime and drug trafficking in the South Peace region.
