PRRD to host virtual town hall on Monday for proposed Charlie Lake Fire Hall expansions

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Peace River Regional District is hosting a virtual town hall this Monday, November 23, for residents to learn more about the proposed expansion of services at the Charlie Lake Fire Hall.

The Regional District is currently in the process of looking to expand services at the Charlie Lake Fire Hall to include road rescue and first medical response services.

The District sent petition packages to residents, last week, with detailed information on the process, the proposed services, and costs.

The Regional District is asking Charlie Lake residents to submit their petition forms by the deadline of Monday, December 7, 2020.

The virtual town hall is taking place by Zoom on Monday, November 23, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
