FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Phoenix Club Christmas Hamper Program will still be happening this holiday season. However, it will be different due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Instead of a Christmas Wish List being distributed to sponsors, gift cards will be accepted instead and will be used to purchase food from grocery stores, gas stations, and any local stores.
If you’d like to help out the Phoenix Club, you can purchase gift cards and drop them off at Aniela’s Kitchen at 9867 269 Rd., Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm.
According to a post on Social Media, the Club has around 13 low-income families that the club will be helping out this Christmas.
