FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Northwest Junior Hockey League has announced the starting date of the regular season for November 13.

According to the League, the regular season will be a continuation of what was already seen in the exhibition series, with teams playing in cohorts for four games at a time.

While the start of the season has been announced, a full schedule has yet to be released.

Also, due to COVID-19 inter-provincial travel restrictions, not all six teams can play together, with the Fort St. John Huskies and the Dawson Creek Junior Canucks the only teams not allowed to play in Alberta at this time.

The two B.C. teams plan to start their season on November 13, following the five-game exhibition series. A schedule has yet to be determined.
