FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Blueberry River First Nation is advising residents not to drink tap water at this time.

The First Nation issued the advisory Saturday afternoon saying bottled water will be delivered to the community. The bottled water can then be used for drinking and cooking.

The message goes onto say the water can still be used for bathing and washing. The First Nation will notify residents when water is safe to drink. They have not said what caused the problem.
