PRRD inviting residents to share ideas for Regional Park Design Study
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Peace River Regional District has begun a Regional Park Design Study.
The two parks of focus are Montney Centennial and Blackfoot Regional Park.
The PRRD will be hosting community events where people will have the chance to complete an input questionnaire to share their ideas.
“Through the remainder of 2017, we’ll be working with the community to develop a concept plan and set of recommendations to guide future operation, development, and management of these two parks. We’d like to invite everyone in the community to come out, visit these remarkable parks, and share your ideas for the future.”
The first two community events are being held this weekend.
- Saturday, July 29th – 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Montney Centennial Regional Park (14460 279 Road, Charlie Lake)
- Sunday, July 30th – 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Blackfoot Regional Park (213 Blackfoot Road, Clayhurst)
