Halfway River Valley Round-Up Open Rodeo takes place August 19-20
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Fort St. John Rodeo may have finished but you still can get in on some rodeo festivities.
The Halfway River Valley Round-Up Open Rodeo takes place on August 19 and August 20.
Adults are $15 and weekend passes are $25. 55+ and 12 and under are free. 12 and older are $10.
Events will include Bull Riding, Ladies Barrels, Bareback, Breakaway Roping, Saddle Bronc, Team Roping, Steer Wrestling, Calf Roping, Jr. Breakaway Roping, Jr. Barrels, Pee Wee Barrels, Cow Milking, Jr. Steer Riding and Calf Scramble.
The rodeo will take place at Mile 95 (Alaska Highway & 34 km west on 117 road).
Entry is open from August 8-10 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for those wishing to be in the rodeo.
