Pat Pimm arraignment hearing postponed until January
DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Pat Pimm’s arraignment hearing has been pushed back again but this time for a longer period of time.
When Energeticcity.ca contacted the Dawson Creek Law Courts this morning, the Courts said no plea has been entered and the matter was moved to January 4, 2017.
Pimm is facing 1 charge of assault in relation to a incident that took place in Dawson Creek back in August of this year. He also stepped down from the Liberal Caucus after saying he required legal representation due to accusations brought against him.
