Dawson Creek RCMP investigate shots fired and stolen vehicle

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Police in Dawson Creek are investigating after a report of gunshots early this morning in the South Dawson area.

During the investigation, a stolen vehicle was found and the 3 people in the vehicle fled the scene. A search was conducted with the help of the Police Dog Service. They located and arrested the 3 individuals in the area shortly after.

Dawson Creek RCMP are continuing to investigate. It is unclear at this time if the shots fired and the stolen vehicle being located are connected.
