5 NLC students receive funding for oil and gas education
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – 5 Northern Lights College students received funding towards their studies in the oil and gas-related field.
The awards were presented by Shell Canada. Each student received a $2000 entrance award. The award was given out based on essay responses that outlined educational and career goals.
The students are expected to start practicum as soon as in-class work has been completed.
