Northern Rockies Regional Municipality to do sewer maintenance in Fort Nelson
The Northern Rockies Regional Municipality will be conducting sewer maintenance throughout Fort Nelson over the next couple of weeks. The work is preventative in nature and the NRRM has apologized for any inconveniences caused.
Workers will be flushing lines. This has the potential to create a vacuum in the line resulting in gurgling and odour.
The odour is temporary and can be eliminated by running water to refill your trap.
