Nearly 70 people lined up for Fort St. John Triathlon and Duathlon

The 2015 Pomeroy Inn & Suites Fort St. John Triathlon and Duathlon will take place on Sunday. 69 people will be participating and conditions for the event are looking perfect.

Sunday’s forecast calls for lots of sun and a high of 30 degrees.

Check in for the event is at 8 a.m. with the pre-race meeting at 8:30 at the North Peace Leisure Pool. The triathlon and duathlon will start at 9.

Organizers are looking for volunteers to help out at the event. Anyone wanting to volunteer their time is encouraged to email Sandy McDonald at sandra.mcdonald@me.com.
