At the New York Energy Forum, Clark discussed B.C.’s new regime on LNG taxes, and having the province as one of the most competitive in North America relating to business climate.

She also participated in a luncheon with the Canadian Association of New York to enhance B.C.’s profile and reaffirm its commitment to building solid business relationships with the finance community and industry partners who want to assist in developing the province’s LNG potential.

In a release Clark said “This was an opportunity to highlight B.C.’s competitive advantages, economic stability, and attractive investment climate to our industry partners south of the border. Face-to-face meetings like these are instrumental in building relationships and helping companies work towards final investment decisions.”
