Alaska Highway at Mile 147 to re-open at 4 p.m., following fatal collision

A north bound pickup truck collided head on with a semi truck resulting in the pick up truck drivers death.

The RCMP remain on scene investigating the collision. The highway will be closed just north of Pink Mountain (Mile 147) until the investigation is over.

The RCMP have not yet identified the deceased driver.
