Accident on the Taylor Bridge

The Taylor Bridge over the Peace River is closed because of a two vehicle collision.

The RCMP say the collision was
between a Semi truck and a car. The driver of the semi truck was uninjured, however the driver of the car was transported to the Fort St. John hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Currently the road is closed at the Taylor bridge with no traffic passing, however it is expected that one lane will open by 11:30 am as the investigation continues.

There are no detours around the collison.
