The subsequent investigation led police to a property on Christopher Drive, just north of Prince George city limits. There, officers found a mini excavator and trailer stolen from Fort St. James in August 2011, and another trailer and skid street tractor stolen from Grande Prairie in June 2010.

The next day, police executed a search warrant on another property on Jutland Road in Prince George, and recovered the stolen jet boat, along with a snowmobile stolen from the city in 2004. Another snowmobile and ATV were found, which are also believed to have been stolen as their Vehicle Identification Numbers have been removed.

A second man, a 31 year old from Prince George, was also arrested for his alleged involvement in the thefts. Both accused have been released, and will appear in court on July 10.
