Shaw leads with five points after taking first in last weekend’s series-opening race, while defending champion Pat Ferris enters in second, just one point behind Shaw with four and Roger St. Jean in third with three points.

Sunday’s race will be a two-lap distance, however, the course will be reversed from the series’ first race, featuring a shorter distance, but including more gravel terrain that the racers must ride through.

Weather is always a factor when racing in March, and riders should expect some chilly conditions this Sunday, as the forecast predicts clouds with a temperature of minus eleven.

Race time begins at 2 p.m. and will commence from Baldonnel School.
