Two Canadian unions are conducting a court challenge to the federal government's decision allowing the company to bring 201 Chinese miners to the Peace instead of hiring Canadian workers.Â
Despite this latest decision, the company says it remains committed to the project, noting it will continue work on its housing development and the environmental assessment process.Â
