86 Street underground power lines now energized
Workers energized the now underground power lines yesterday, so the above ground line are no longer carrying electricity. It's expected the overhead lines will be taken down either this weekend or next.
There are now 18 lines underground from 109 Avenue to just past the school, and in the future that will be extended to the Alaska Highway.
