They raised the year-to-date total to $53.844 million, which is only about 30 per cent of last year's ten month total. Even if you minus the $270.6 million permit for the new hospital in 2011, the total for the first ten months of 2011 is still about $5.7 million more than in 2012.

The 21 September permits this year resulted in city revenue of $24,970, which is again a third of last year's September total. In this case, the running total of $271,678 is a little more than one third of the comparable total in 2011.
