Open house on proposed land use change tomorrow

The proposal affects a block of land north of 85 Avenue between 82 Street and 85 Street. The developer wants to change it from Low Density Residential to Medium Density Residential in order to build duplexes north of Park Lane Estates.

The public open house will take place at Century 21's office at 10756-100 Street from 5 – 7 p.m. Tuesday, June 12.

The OCP amendment will be brought forward for city council's approval at a later meeting.
