Taylor Arena to be taken over by man's best friend

The event will be running from May 19-21, and will be featuring a variety of canine classes, including Working, Toy, Sporting, Terrier, Herding and Hound to name a few.

The event will be held at the Taylor Ice Arena, with doors opening Friday, May 18 for those involved to set up. Saturday and Sunday doors will open at 6:30 a.m. and will close at 11 p.m.

Organizers are requesting that participants notify the show’s superintendent if competitors will be leaving their dogs in the arena overnight.

The show will also feature a 2 hour seminar from Veterinarian, Dr. Terill Udenberg, Sunday, May 20, half an hour following the Best in Show, titled the Conformation & Movement Seminar.

Competitors will have three different categories to choose to compete in: Best in Show, Best Puppy in Show and the Junior Handling, which will be held during the lunch hour.
