NLC Aboriginal students receive Encana scholarship

In Fort St. John, three students were honoured with receiving the $1,000 Encana Corporation award. Danielle Badine received one for her studies in Applied Business Technology, Johnathan Chowace for his studies in Power Engineering and Gas Processing and Lori Rathbone for studying to become a health care assistant.

In Dawson Creek, Germaine Hardy received the scholarship for her enrolment in the school’s Health Care Assistant program and Shelly MacElheron for her interest in beautifying the Peace Region, by studying Cosmetology.

On Fort Nelson’s campus, Hillary Deneron took home the honour for her studies in Applied Business Technology.
