According to the bcgasprices.com monitor, the early morning B.C. average was down to a $1.229, a full cent less than it was at mid-morning yesterday. That monitor had the low end price in the province at Kamloops, and it was 16 cents a litre less than the common Fort St. John price, at a $1.089.

To be fair however, there were other B.C. communities with prices much higher than those in this city. At the top end of the aforementioned survey was the infamous Shell outlet in Richmond, at a $1.349.
