City reminds not to overfill garbage containers
The Energetic City started using new garbage bins with lids in September of 2010 to cut down on the mess made by animals, as well as make collection quicker and safer. If your garbage is consistently overflowing the current bins, you can purchase a second one at a cost of $75 along with the $120 annual pickup fee.
The garbage collection schedule will run as usual from January 2nd to 8th.
