Breastfeeding Support Group starting up

North Peace Pregnancy Care Centre is starting up their weekly Peer Supported Breastfeeding Group.

Moms are encouraged to join to make friends and share issues with other moms as well as get support from those experienced in breastfeeding.

The group will regularly hosts different experts like dieticians and lactation specialist Kim Begg.

Executive Director Lisa Klassen says the idea is to make Fort St. John a "better place for moms."

The group will meet starting Wednesday, September 14 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the North Peace Pregnancy Care Centre located at #208 10139-100 Street above the TD Bank.
