One person seriously injured after motorcycle accident

The Dawson Creek RCMP responded to a report of a serious motor vehicle collision involving a pick-up truck and a motorcycle at around 7:30 p.m.  The collision occurred at  the intersection of 8 street and 120 avenue.

The driver of the motorcycle was flown to University of Alberta Hospital with serious head injuries.  The passenger of the motorcycle was taken to the Dawson Creek Hospital and later released.

The occupants of the pick-up truck were not injured in the collision.

At this time the Dawson Creek are still investigating the collision.
