Environment Canada has issued a rainfall warning for both the North and South Peace of British Columbia.
Environment Canada says we could see 30 to 50 mm of rain starting Sunday night an into Monday.
A trough of low pressure developing over the northern interior today will give rain at times heavy to the Williston and Peace River regions tonight through Monday. Total rainfall amounts of 30 to 50 mm are forecast. Tonight, the rainfall is expected to be heaviest over the Williston region and near the mountains, and will spread to the rest of the Peace River region on Monday.
