Fort St. John continues to build more high-value construction projects.
The City’s May Building Inspection Report shows that 35 construction permits were issued last month, worth a total value of $4.57 million.
That’s only four more permits than were issued in May of 2009, but more than three times the value.
The May permits bring the 2010 total to 109 permits issued, worth $18.65 million.
The City’s revenue from the May permits is almost $16,500, for a year-to-date total of almost $98,000.Â
