NLC spokesperson Steve Roe says the educational speech comes at a convenient time.

Roe says he predicts there will be a lot of residents interested in the lecture, because of the looming Site-C project.

But, Roe says Parker’s speech will take a non-partisan approach, and will simply be an educational seminar for participants.

Everyone is invited to attend the free event at the Northern Lights College in Fort St. John, on May 12th at 7 o’clock.
