Studs on Ice visits Clairmont, Alberta

If you’re a fan of fast bikes and enjoy the winter season, then you’ll probably want to head to Alberta for the Studs on Ice motocross race.

The event takes place in Clairmont, Alberta on March 6th. It will showcase ATV’s decked-out with studded ice racing tires, competing on an 8 KM road course.

The race will be part of A.E.I.R.A. Provincial Endurance Ice Racing Series.

Spectators are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs to watch the event, and there will be warm drinks and snacks available. Organizers have also arranged to offer rides in the plow truck, allowing fans to watch the bikes up close as they scream by at over 100 km/hr.

Tickets are $10 each, or $30 for a carload of people. Kids 12 years and younger get in for free.
