Rosenau Transport and Unified Valve FireOn Sunday August 16th, 2009 the Fort St. John Fire Department was called to a fire at Rosenau Transport and Unified Valved on the Alaska Highway. The fire was so intense balls of fire could be seen from any where in Fort St. John as they shot over 500 feet in the air. |

Flouride in Fort St. John’s Water SupplyOn Monday July 13th, 2009, Fort St. John City Council voted to remove fluoride from the city’s water supply. Since that vote, Council has changed its mind and will put Flouride on the next civic election ballot and let the community decide. |

Threat letter sent to EnCanaOn July 15th, 2009, the EnCana bomber sent another letter to the local Dawson Creek Newspaper. In this letter the Bomber said EnCana has three months to leave the area or else the attacks would get a lot worse. To this date there hasn’t been another attack in the Dawson Creek area. |
