Substantial theft north of Wonowon

The Fort St. John RCMP detachment is looking for the public’s assistance, on a large theft that occurred over the weekend.

Between Saturday evening and Sunday morning, around $20,000 worth of large fencing supplies and tools was stolen from an unoccupied well site north of Wonowon.

A Bobcat was also damaged and tools were taken from the inside.

Officers believe that a truck and trailer may have been used to haul the stolen items out.
