The Fort St. John Petroleum Association Tier 2 Midget Flyers took to the road on Friday morning to play their third road tournament of the year. They played teams from Williams Lake , Terrace , Quesnel and Dawson Creek.
The Flyers lost all three of their round-robin games, 6-3 to Williams Lake, 9-3 to Terrace, and 6-1 to Quesnel.
That would set up a battle of two winless teams on Sunday, as the Flyers took on Dawson Creek in the consolation round. In that game, the Flyers would lead 1-0 and 2-1, but the Canucks would fight back each time, and the game ended in a 2-2 tie.
The Flyers next action has the team on the road in All Peace League action Saturday 13th in Dawson Creek and Sunday 14th in Rycroft.
