Hospital Foundation Wraps up CT Scanner Campaign

The Hospital Foundation will light up the Hospital Monday night in celebration of the CT Scanner Campaign.

The campaign has officially wrapped up and the Foundation will announce it’s total at 5:30pm Monday.  One of the last major donations to the CT Scanner Campaign came from Moose FM’s Light a Moose.  This year the 3 day fundraiser raised $53,000.

The hope is enough money has been raised to pay for a 64 slice CT Scanner.  Construction is already underway at the Hospital with crews from Toshiba beginning to install the device in the coming weeks.

The Scanner should be up and running early in 2009.
