Several North Peace Residents are participating in the BC Senior Games in Prince George. Here are the results from the 60k Road Race for our local athletes:
Men 60-64 Novice, Distance 52 km (6 loops of circuit)

Mens 65-69 Competitive, Distance 60k, (7 loops of circuit)
Richard Wood, Montney, 1st in age group, Gold, Time 1:53:00
Mens 55-59 Competitive, Distance 60km, (7 loops of circuit)
Gord Harris, Fort st John, 4th in age group, 20 seconds out of 3rd place, Time 1:51:00
