Library Reading Club Program

The Fort St. John Library is gearing up for another Summer Reading Club program and, registration begins at 10am tomorrow, at the sign-up desk near the kid’s books section.

The theme this year in commemoration, of BC’s 150th anniversary is “Read all Over the Map.”

The free program includes parties, games, activities, songs and story times…for two to six year olds at 10.15am and, 7 to 14 year olds at 2pm…on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The writing contest, which begins tomorrow, closes on August 8th and, winners will be announced and prizes awarded, at the final party on August 25th.

The mid-session pirate and fairy tale party is scheduled this year, for July 14th.
