After weekend rainfall in northeast B.C., the Pocket Knife Creek wildfire is now listed as ‘being held' by the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS), while the Summit Lake blaze has slightly shrunk.
A fast-moving wildfire picture in northeast B.C. has seen some blazes spread and others contained by the BC Wildfire Service (BCWS).
There were at least seven new fires discovered between Monday, May 26th and June 2nd.
The wildfire reported on Monday, June 2nd is located in the Etthithun River area, near the Alberta border.
