Creating Wellness Bundles: From Breathwork to Artwork
, a 5-week wellness series focused on mental health, well-being, and creative expression.
Facilitated by Teleia Dettieh, this program offers a safe and supportive environment where participants can come together to reflect, connect, and explore healing through both conversation and creative practices.

Week 4 Theme
Visioning: Dreams, Goals & Motivations
Activity: Ribbon Skirt Making
During this session, participants will focus on identifying and exploring their personal dreams, goals, and motivations. Through guided discussion and reflection, attendees will be encouraged to think about their future, what inspires them, and the steps they can take toward meaningful growth.
The creative activity will continue with
ribbon skirt making
, allowing participants to further develop their projects while expressing their identity, creativity, and intentions through their work.

Creating Wellness Bundles supports mental wellness and resilience through:
Guided group discussions
Creative, hands-on activities
Opportunities for reflection and community connection
Participants are encouraged to attend each week to build on their experiences, but drop-ins are welcome at any time.

Topics may shift depending on the needs of participants
Participants are welcome to bring their own sewing or materials if preferred
