A dead body was found at Kin Park in Dawson Creek Thursday afternoon, resulting in a heavy police presence.
DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — A dead body was found at Kin Park in Dawson Creek Thursday afternoon, resulting in a heavy police presence.
Sergeant Shawn Peddle with the RCMP said officers attended the scene and taped off the area.
Peddle said there is no risk to the public, and the death was not deemed suspicious.
Few details have been released as an investigation is underway.Â
