CHETWYND, B.C. — Chetwynd Hospital and Health Centre was diverted a second time over the weekend.

Northern Health announced just after 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 28th, that the hospital’s emergency department would be diverted between 5:00 p.m. that evening and 8:00 a.m. Monday, July 29th.

Like nearly every other diversion at the hospital this month, including the one that began on Saturday, the listed cause is “physician coverage challenges.”
