CHARLIE LAKE, B.C. – The Charlie Lake Conservation Society is holding its annual Spring Cleanup on Saturday, May 28th.

The official event will be held between 10 a.m to noon, but the dumpster will be there from May 21st to the 29th for those who want to help another time.

The society will be meeting participants at the south-end parking lot near the boat launch andwill disperse from there to collect garbage along the shoreline.

Light refreshments will be available, and the society encourages participants to bring gloves and practice social distancing during the event.

The society would also like to thank Husky for the dumpster and the Peace River Regional District for sponsoring the tipping fee.
