FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Fort St. John RCMP are asking local restaurants and bars to check their beer keg inventory.

On Tuesday, May 3, 2022, the Fort St. John RCMP Crime Reduction Unit was conducting an investigation into stolen property that led to the recovery of numerous empty beer kegs.

Some of the discovered kegs have been returned to the businesses they were stolen from, however the RCMP believe many are still unaccounted for.

The Fort St John RCMP is asking local bars and restaurants to check their inventory to see if they are missing any empty kegs.

The Fort St John RCMP continues to investigate and ask that anyone who may be missing any beer kegs, or has any knowledge about these thefts, to please contact the Fort St. John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
