UPDATE 2: Water was restored at approximately 5:30 P.M. Wednesday evening.

UPDATE: The City of Fort St. John has said that as of approximately 4:20, water has not been restored as the contractor is still working on the repair. It is unclear if there will be more updates.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The City of Fort St. John announced an emergency water shut-off due to an emergency repair on 86th street between 89th avenue and 91st avenue, there are multiple buildings affected.

The City says there is no estimated time for the water to be turned back on and apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.

They say an update will be provided at 4 P.M.
