FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Energy Safety Canada’s Fort St. John office is hosting Lunch and Learn, Skills Match – The Energy Fit on April 26th.
This session will explain how using Adapting Futures, and an interactive website will provide a career exploration experience for new workers or experienced workers looking to learn new things or update their skills in energy.
Adapting Futures is a series of unique virtual reality (VR) experiences that explore different energy sectors while the website profiles more than 170 roles in energy, contains research, reports, and data, and provides detailed information about the industry in Canada.
This free lunch and learn session starts at noon and goes to 2 p.m. at the Energy Safety Canada office at 2060 – 9600 93rd Avenue, at the totem mall.
Interested participants are urged to register early to secure their seats as seating is limited.
They will also be at the Fort St. John Job Fair on April 27th.
