The Northeast BC midget Trackers are returning home from Surrey with silver medals around their neck.
The club fell to the Central Okanagan Rockets 3-2 in overtime in the gold medal game on Wednesday night.
The two teams were neck and neck for most of the game despite the Trackers’ early 2-0 lead, which was short-lived.
Goals for the Trackers came from Zackary Michael Ryan and Mason Loewen.
