FORT ST. JOHN B.C. – Driving Force is commemorating its one-year anniversary of the Give’r Truck and looks forward to it being utilized more over the next year.
The truck arrived in Fort St. John on March 15th, 2021, specifically for non-profits and community organizations to utilize.
The truck has been implemented at a number of Driving Force locations across Western Canada and is free to use for non-profits to help with events, bottle drives, or short haul moves.

Sales Manager Jim Harris says the response was a little slow over the past year due to the COVID restrictions.
“I’m expecting a bigger, better response this year because the first year of it was getting it noticed out there. Then once it started getting out there and then people started seeing it, we got lots of inquiries about it, ” said Harris.
Harris said he’s thankful for Driving Force setting this up and getting their turn at helping out local charities and non-profits.
Over the past year, several local organizations such as NEAT, the Salvation Army and the SPCA have used the truck.
