CHETWYND, B.C. – Highway 97 south between Dawson Creek and Chetwynd is closed due to a collision.
The highway is closed between Watkins Road and Stuckey Road for 6.3 km due to a vehicle incident. The incident is approximately 37 km north of Chetwynd.
Officials haven’t said what has happened in the area and there is no clear estimate on when the highway will re-open.
Drivebc.ca says there is no detour around the area.
